The basics: Yes, Upper Deck is definitely on a run of "young stars" lately with the fourth straight card of a player who could fit in that category. This is the first of four cards featuring Jeff Bagwell in the set.
Card thoughts: UD does love the bat-meets-ball shot. But the guys in the dugout are not impressed. They look very relaxed.
Backs are important in '93 UD: Woo, signing shot! Sky shot! Bagwell is definitely signing a baseball card, possibly an Upper Deck card but I can't determine anything more than that. Also, you can see the photographer's flash in Bagwell's shades.
